For anglers

Both lakes as well as rivers of Sława Śląska Forest District region belong mainly to Zielona Góra District of Polish Angling Association (PZW) and leisure and sports fishing of holders of appropriate permits required by the law is possible

Lakes of the region constitute the following types: bream (e.g. Tarnowskie Duże Lake), zander (Sławskie Lake), tench and pike (e.g. Tarnawskie Małe Lake), and crucian (e.g. Droniki Lake). There are no special restrictions that apply fishing apart from the fish protection periods which occur due to biology and phenology of species present and the limitations stemming from the number and length of captured specimens.
